Total Recorder is a streamer, in other words, this tool can capture all audio signals that are played by other sound players. Very easy to use, it will provide a handy help to cut audio samples and "legally" post them on your blog.

Free download Total Recorder here . The only drawback of the free version is that a loud beep is heard after one minute of recording...Anyway, as long as you wish to post 30 seconds samples, you won't care at all!...

You simply have to click on the Recording button (the red one, bottom right). The recording will start at the first audio signal on your pc. When you will push the stop button, you wil be able to save your recording in a WAV file that can be easily converted in MP3 with Audacity or MediaConvert
